We want the record to be usable by everyone who relies on it. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, and we treat accessibility as ongoing work.

- Semantic headings, landmarks, and a skip link to the main content.

- Every control is reachable by keyboard, with a visible focus outline.

- Animation and transitions switch off when your system requests reduced motion.

- Text and controls aim to meet the WCAG 2.2 AA colour-contrast ratios.
- responsive
- Layouts reflow down to small screens and hold up when text is enlarged.
- content
- Images carry alternative text, and form fields have labels and clear error messages.

What we aim for.
We aim to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Accessibility is ongoing work, and parts of the site may not yet meet every criterion. We fix issues as we find them, and we do not claim formal certification.
